I cleaned this flat rubber roof in Columbus, OH. The job required a specific mixture for the cleaner in order to meet manufacturer requirements. Its important to follow manufacturer guidelines for this type of job in order to maintain the warranty. This was a soft wash job, high pressure is not recommended for this surface. Some sections have been discolored from cooking grease over long periods of time. The results turned out great.
